Setup check

Users and access
Who can sign in, and what they are allowed to do. Permissions are enforced in the database, not just hidden here — a staff account cannot read another person's bookings even if they try.

A team leader sees, adds and edits only their own team's bookings — and only inside the open period. Everything else stays hidden from them.

Every insert, edit and delete, with who did it and when. This cannot be edited or deleted by anyone.
